| Comments: dr bache is really smart and the class is pretty interesting, but the book is kinda hard to follow. if you pay attention and take notes in class it isnt that hard though. he seemed to be known for changing the syllabus at the last minute (at least he did with my class) <---- that is probably my biggest complaint | |

| Comments: Castronova is the worst teacher I have had in all of my years of school at any level. When you think of history of the motion picture you think that it will be a cake course. WRONG. His tests are impossible the questions are not from the lecture at all they are in the book but you have to read between the lines. He gives a movie review assignment but he grades them too hard no one got higher than a B. Also, his movies are boring and he never stops until the very last minute of class. | Comments: If you want to study you butt off and not succeed, then this is the professor to take. I do not reccomend him to anyone because he doesn't give you a CORRECT grading scale to follow. He curves the exams every time so there is a different curve all the time. When it comes down to the midterm and final exam, you have no inkling on where you stand. He makes his exams strength according to his mood at the time when he wrote it. However he does help w/questions outside of class that is ONE good thing about him. | |

| Comments: ugh. first of all, dr d'apolito is so incredibly boring that it's not even funny. she babbles on and on and gives example after example about the simplest thing. she also has this air about her, it's almost like she thinks that she is better than everyone,it's really annoying. She REALLY plays favorites a lot too. she only got to know three people's names out o about a hundred or so and those were the three she called on for everything. If someone else raised their hand she gave them a weird look before calling on that person and talked to them like she couldnt' t understand what they were saying. i hated every minute of that class | |

She talked about weird foods of other cultures for about 45 minutes or so.. then she got into canibbalism...that's when I got hungry and had to leave. I made it thru her class only by having some past experience with Acct. and reading the book. Students had asked her for help and she would basically brush them aside. Since finishing with her class, I have heard nothing positive from anyone on campus about her but I've heard many negative remarks. AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS! THE ADMINISTRATION'S HANDS ARE TIED DUE TO HER TENURE WITH THEM. | |

Dr. viehe is so unbelievably boring! he goes on and on about everything and no one ever knows what to write down! he writes some stuff on the chalkboard but his writing is so awful that you can't really make it out anyway! his tests are all essay and even though he gives you a take home review (which is very very long and hard) very hard. you also have to write two papers on a history book and that is awful too because he doesn't really explain it at all and you don't know what he expects at all. do not take this class if at all possible! you will either struggle and/ or do badly. | |
